Role Overview Park Hyatt Chennai is looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Waiter or Waitress to join its Food and Beverage team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a consistently excellent dining experience to guests in your assigned area. You will bring professionalism, warmth, and efficiency to every interaction, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction at all times. Key Responsibilities - Serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet with accuracy and care - Maintain a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor throughout every guest interaction - Ensure tables are set, cleaned, and prepared according to hotel standards before and after service - Take guest orders accurately and communicate special requests to the kitchen team - Address guest queries and concerns promptly to ensure a seamless dining experience - Work collaboratively with kitchen and floor staff to maintain smooth service operations Required Qualifications - Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Tourism preferred - Minimum 1 year of work experience as an F&B Attendant in a hotel or fine dining environment - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently - A flexible and positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Good interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for guest service Why Join Us Park Hyatt Chennai is a globally recognised luxury hospitality brand that invests in the growth and development of its people.
