Interview Tips
Walk into your next interview with confidence
Research the Company Thoroughly
Before your interview, spend at least 30 minutes understanding the company's products, recent news, culture, and competitors. This signals genuine interest and helps you ask smart questions.
Prepare for Common Questions
"Tell me about yourself", "Why do you want this job?", "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" — prepare structured answers using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result).
Dress Appropriately
For most Indian corporate interviews, formal or business-casual is safe. When in doubt, dress one level up from what you think the office culture requires.
Arrive Early (or Log In Early)
For in-person: arrive 10–15 minutes early. For video: log in 5 minutes early, test your audio/video, and ensure a professional background.
Ask Thoughtful Questions
Always prepare 2–3 questions to ask the interviewer. Examples: "What does success look like in this role in the first 90 days?" or "What do you enjoy most about working here?"
Follow Up with a Thank You
Send a short, professional thank-you email within 24 hours. Mention something specific from the conversation to make it personal and memorable.
