Job Description

Role Overview Park Hyatt Chennai is looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Team Leader for its Front Office department. In this role, you will support the efficient and seamless functioning of the Front Office in alignment with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. You will play a key part in ensuring that employee, guest, and owner expectations are consistently met at the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the smooth day-to-day operations of the Front Office Department within the Rooms Division - Support the department head in implementing brand standards and corporate policies - Handle guest queries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency - Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience - Monitor front desk operations and guide junior team members to maintain service quality Required Qualifications - Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Tourism Management preferred - Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel front office or related operations - Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills - Excellent communication skills with a guest-first attitude - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment Why Join Us Park Hyatt Chennai offers a world-class work environment where talent is nurtured and excellence is celebrated. Requirements

- Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management - Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations - Strong problem-solving and administrative skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - Knowledge of front office procedures and guest service standards
