Role Overview Park Hyatt Chennai is looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our Food and Beverage team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional and consistent dining experience to every guest. You will bring professionalism, warmth, and efficiency to every interaction to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned restaurant or dining outlet with accuracy and care - Maintain a courteous, professional, and flexible approach to all guest interactions - Ensure tables are set up, cleaned, and maintained according to hotel standards - Take guest orders promptly and communicate special requests clearly to the kitchen team - Address guest feedback or concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary - Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times Required Qualifications - Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field preferred - Minimum 1 year of work experience as an F&B Attendant in a hotel or hospitality environment - Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Professional appearance and a positive, guest-first attitude Why Join Us Park Hyatt is a globally renowned luxury hospitality brand that values its people as much as its guests.
