Technical Support Specialist - Hyderabad

Role Overview Saint-Gobain Group in India is looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join their construction chemicals division. The role involves providing end-to-end technical assistance to clients, supporting the sales process through product demonstrations, trials, and performance benchmarking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete technology, chemical admixtures, or ready-mix concrete operations. Key Responsibilities - Deliver technical support to clients to facilitate and accelerate the sales process - Influence customers by demonstrating the technical performance and advantages of company products - Plan, attend, and conduct product trials and develop new relevant product solutions - Monitor field activities and prepare management information reports on a regular basis - Perform competitor product benchmarking against Chryso product performance - Develop cost-effective product formulations suited to client requirements - Collaborate with internal teams and attend cross-functional meetings to support business growth - Represent the company as a technical expert in client interactions and industry events Required Qualifications - Prior experience in technical roles related to concrete, admixtures, or construction chemicals - Hands-on experience conducting trials, testing, and chemical analysis of construction materials independently - Solid understanding of concrete chemistry and admixture technology - Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems is an added advantage - Proficient in generating and analyzing technical trial reports - Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Prior work experience at an admixture company, construction chemical firm, or RMC plant in the region is mandatory - Experience in product formulation is preferred Why Join Us Saint-Gobain is a globally recognized leader in sustainable construction and high-performance materials, offering a dynamic work environment with strong career growth opportunities.
