Role Overview
Saint-Gobain Group in India is looking for a driven and customer-focused SOL Specialist to join their Individual Home Business team in Chennai. This role is central to driving sales conversions, building influencer networks, and delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience. You will own the entire customer journey from lead generation through to final conversion, working across a diverse portfolio of premium home solution products.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales turnover at category and Source of Awareness level by managing the complete lead-to-conversion pipeline
- Build and sustain a strong network of influencers including Interior Designers, Kitchen Studios, Bath Stores, and Trade Partners to generate consistent business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through diverse channels in a cost-effective manner
- Manage multi-stakeholder relationships with professionalism and strong execution across sales tools, systems, and processes
- Act as the first escalation point for customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction
- Monitor competitor offerings and continuously improve the customer experience to stay ahead
- Achieve 100% collection efficiency and maintain a strong complaint closure index
- Promote and sell primary products including Shower Enclosures, Kitchen Shutters, RTU Solutions, Windows, Wardrobes, UPVC Windows, LED Mirrors, and Kitchen and Wardrobe Shutters
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in building materials, home interiors, or related industries
- Strong relationship-building skills with influencers and trade partners
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage diverse stakeholder groups simultaneously

Requirements
- Experience in sales or business development in home interiors or building materials
