Role Overview
Park Hyatt Chennai is looking for a dedicated and service-driven Team Leader for its Food and Beverage Outlet. In this role, you will support the Outlet Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the outlet in alignment with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. You will play a key part in delivering courteous, professional, and flexible service while meeting the expectations of guests, employees, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing and managing outlet operations as per the established concept and service standards
- Ensure efficient departmental functioning while maintaining Hyatt International's brand and quality benchmarks
- Provide proactive, professional, and guest-focused service at all times
- Support team members in their roles and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly with a solution-oriented approach
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Tourism Management preferred
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations, preferably as a Team Leader or F&B Executive
- Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment

Requirements
