Senior Lead Facilities Engineer

Role Overview KLA is a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing technology and electronics, powering virtually every electronic device in the world. The Senior Lead Facilities Engineer will be part of the KLA Global Workplace Services team, responsible for managing workplace environments and manufacturing facilities across a worldwide portfolio spanning over 3 million square feet and 135 sites. This is a strategic, hands-on role that combines real estate management, facilities operations, construction oversight, and cross-functional leadership across multiple sites in India and internationally. Key Responsibilities - Oversee and manage country-level network of facilities sites, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of workspace and manufacturing environments - Lead real estate activities including lease transaction management, strategic sourcing, and supply chain coordination - Partner with business groups to align facilities strategy with company goals and financial requirements - Drive design, construction, and site improvement projects from proposal to build-out stage - Manage employee and site services including cafeteria operations, transportation, security, and safety programs - Prepare and present data-driven financial analyses and reports for senior leadership to support key decision-making - Travel across domestic and international sites as required, up to 10 to 30 percent of the time Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience - Deep knowledge of the real estate and facilities ecosystem covering strategic sourcing, people management, lease transactions, and project management - Prior experience in relevant or manufacturing environments in a senior facilities or engineering role - Strong understanding of India and international commercial real estate markets and regulatory frameworks - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively - Proficiency in data organisation and financial analysis to influence business decisions Why Join Us KLA invests over 15 percent of its annual sales back into research and development, creating an exciting and innovation-driven work culture where engineers solve some of the world's most complex technology challenges.
