Senior Analyst Fixed Assets - Contract Role

Role Overview Flex is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Analyst with expertise in Fixed Assets to join our finance team in Pune. This is a fixed-term contract position for a duration of 8 to 12 months and does not confer any right to permanent employment. The role involves supporting core accounting operations including journal processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities. Key Responsibilities - Process journal transactions in accordance with established standard operating procedures - Post rectification entries for errors identified during supervisory review - Validate Trial Balance, Profit and Loss statements, and Balance Sheet reconciliations - Perform reconciliation of sub-modules against the Trial Balance - Support GL, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable, or Accounts Payable functions as required Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance such as B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or MBA - 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance - Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and standards - Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems - Good written and oral communication skills in English - Strong analytical ability with a collaborative team-oriented approach Why Join Us Flex offers a structured work environment where finance professionals can contribute to meaningful global operations and build on their accounting expertise. - 5 to 8 years of experience in accounting and finance - Hands-on experience in GL, Fixed Assets, AR, or AP functions - Strong knowledge of accounting principles - Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems - Good written and oral communication skills in English - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Team player with good presentation skills - Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or MBA
