Associate Consultant - IT

We are hiring an Associate Consultant - IT based in Chennai to join our dynamic technology team and drive automation, system design, and process optimisation across the organisation. Key Responsibilities - Research and analyse complex business problems to identify automation opportunities and deliver efficient, streamlined solutions - Provide technical expertise in evaluating, identifying, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures - Offer consultation and guidance to users on automated tools and emerging technologies - Design, research, and test new systems and enhancements aligned with business and customer requirements - Resolve system issues and supervise the correct implementation of required improvements - Collaborate with end users to troubleshoot day-to-day system problems and ensure continuous availability - Fulfil techno-functional responsibilities as the primary deliverable to business teams - Execute global IT initiatives and projects while ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and organisational standards Required Qualifications - Graduate degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field - 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in a techno-functional IT role - Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Procurement processes - Hands-on experience with Ivalua, Procurement eCommerce applications, and SQL - Strong negotiation, project management, and self-driven work ethic - Proficiency in requirement gathering and gap analysis is an added advantage - Subject matter expertise in Supply Chain techno-functional domains is a plus - Willingness to work in a global environment across multiple time zones Why Join Us At Flex, we offer a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative work environment where your contributions genuinely make a difference.
