Role Overview
Flex is a global diversified manufacturing company and a trusted partner to some of the world's most recognized brands. As an HR Assistant based in Chennai, you will be part of a dynamic HR shared services team responsible for supporting employee queries and delivering seamless HR operations with a strong focus on customer centricity and data privacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee queries related to end-to-end HR activities through calls, chats, and ticketing systems
- Manage HRMS data entry and updates using ERP platforms such as SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, or SuccessFactors
- Ensure daily adherence to defined KPIs and SLAs while maintaining high quality standards
- Follow and maintain Standard Operating Procedures in line with Quality Management System compliance
- Support the Malaysia HR helpdesk and collaborate with Workday, Reports, and Mass processing teams as required
- Maintain strict data privacy and confidentiality standards in all HR transactions
- Provide timely and proactive acknowledgment to all employee requests
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of work experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Graduate with a qualification in Human Resources or equivalent discipline
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel; knowledge of Macros is an added advantage
- Hands-on experience with any HR Management System or ERP platform
- Familiarity with Malaysia HR processes is a strong advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented and empathetic approach
- Willingness to work in early morning shift timings of 5:30 AM, 7:00 AM, or 8:00 AM

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of HR or related work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Experience with HRMS or ERP tools such as SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, or SuccessFactors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Malaysia HR processes is an added advantage
- Familiarity with Macros in Excel is a plus

- Ability to work in early morning shifts starting from 5:30 AM
