Role Overview
Resideo is looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join its global HR team based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end HR operational services across APAC and EMEA regions, ensuring exceptional employee experience and data accuracy. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure seamless service delivery aligned with global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute complete employee lifecycle transactions including hiring, transfers, promotions, organisational changes, leave administration, and exits for APAC and EMEA regions
- Act as the first point of contact for HR operational queries from employees, managers, and HR stakeholders across multiple countries
- Manage and maintain employee records and HR systems with strict adherence to data accuracy, integrity, and compliance standards
- Process HR transactions independently within Oracle HCM and related platforms within defined service level agreements
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities including documentation preparation, system updates, and stakeholder communication
- Support audit activities, data validation exercises, and compliance reporting requirements
- Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, and process documentation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Administration
- Strong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and HR operations
- Hands-on experience processing transactions in an HRIS platform, preferably Oracle HCM Cloud
- Experience supporting employees and stakeholders across multiple countries or regions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high data quality and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to HR process improvement, system implementation projects, or benefits administration in India is an added advantage

Requirements
- 4+ years in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Administration
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes
- Hands-on HRIS experience, preferably Oracle HCM Cloud
- Experience supporting multi-country HR operations across APAC and EMEA
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
