FAAS Manager - Treasury Cash Operations

Role Overview EY is looking for a seasoned Treasury Cash Operations Manager to lead and transform end-to-end treasury functions for global clients. This is a high-impact consulting role that sits at the crossroads of cash operations, digital enablement, and financial transformation. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient liquidity management, robust banking relationships, and strong financial controls across geographies. Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts and international geographies - Manage short-term liquidity planning, rolling cash flow forecasts, and variance monitoring - Optimize cash utilization and minimize idle balances across client portfolios - Manage execution of domestic and international payments including wire transfers and ACH transactions - Supervise bank account management covering account openings, closures, and signatory updates - Maintain and enhance treasury management systems for operational efficiency - Prepare weekly and monthly treasury reports for senior leadership with actionable insights - Act as the primary point of contact for banking partners and negotiate fees, services, and credit facilities - Collaborate with internal Finance, AP/AR, FP&A, and Tax teams to align cash requirements - Drive automation and digitization of treasury processes through leading treasury management systems Required Qualifications - CA qualification or a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline - 8 to 12 years of experience in treasury, cash operations, or corporate finance - Hands-on experience with at least one leading treasury management system such as Kyriba, SAP Treasury, or Oracle - Prior exposure to consulting firms, professional services, or multinational corporate environments is preferred - Strong understanding of cash management, banking systems, financial controls, and compliance requirements - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and financial modelling skills - High attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment Why Join Us EY offers a dynamic and globally connected work environment where you can lead meaningful financial transformation projects for top-tier clients.
