Payroll Executive

Role Overview EY is seeking a skilled and proactive Payroll Executive to join our Tax - People Advisory Services (PAS) team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for various global entities, ensuring complete compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities - Manage the daily payroll cycle for assigned international entities including data collection, validation, and processing - Process employee lifecycle changes such as starters, leavers, and transfers in compliance with country-specific regulations - Administer international compensation packages, insured benefits, perks, and custom benefit programs - Initiate net pay transactions via banking platforms and ensure timely settlement of salaries, social security, and taxes - Oversee periodic statutory reporting and support compliance audits and finance reconciliations Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or related degree in Finance - 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, international payroll operations, or related fields - Strong understanding of payroll compliance, tax laws, and general ledger reconciliation - Proficiency in banking platforms, ERP systems, and MS Excel Why Join Us At EY, you will have a personalized career journey with access to top-tier training and global opportunities to unlock your full potential in a collaborative and inclusive culture.
