Assistant Director

Role Overview EY is looking for an Assistant Director to serve as an Account Manager and drive strategic growth across global accounts in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for relationship management, planning go-to-market strategies, and fostering collaboration across multi-disciplinary service lines. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, facilitating account onboarding, deal pursuits, and the adoption of digital tools. Key Responsibilities - Proactively suggest and execute action plans to accelerate account growth strategies - Co-facilitate semi-annual account planning and quarterly acceleration sessions - Collaborate across functions to enhance client experience, relationship-building, and client engagement - Project manage key deal pursuits and assist with proposals and onboarding activities - Drive adoption of in-house digital tools and technologies to improve relationship mapping and tracking Required Qualifications - Eight to ten years of professional services experience, preferably with sales enablement - Experience working within a global matrixed consulting environment - Proven track record of leading complex projects with minimal supervision - Executive-level communication, negotiation, and consultative skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial reporting or sales management tools Why Join Us Join EY and be part of a globally connected powerhouse that values diversity, offering a rich career path and the chance to build a better working world.

- 8 to 10 years of experience in professional services or sales enablement - Experience in consulting within a global matrixed organization - Strong history of managing projects independently and meeting strict timelines - Strong communication, executive presentation, and emotional intelligence skills - Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with sales tools and client relationship mapping software
