Role Overview
Standard Chartered India is seeking an Associate Manager for our Contract Management Services to support the lifecycle of third-party contracts. You will ensure commercial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation across all supplier engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide contract owners through training, risk assessments, and contract onboarding
- Register key commercial obligations, monitor compliance, and support spend forecasting
- Manage contract changes, amendments, system metadata updates, and termination notices
- Assist with periodic risk assessments and resolve risk exceptions in accordance with bank standards
- Produce contract status dashboards and support process optimization using automation tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Contract Law
- 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or supplier relations
- Basic knowledge of contract law, procurement operations, and commercial risk management
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Requirements
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Contract Law, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or supplier operations
- Knowledge of procurement systems like SAP Ariba is preferred
- Good understanding of commercial contracts and risk management
- Professional proficiency in English; other languages are a plus
