Job Description

Role Overview American Express is seeking a talented Risk Management Analyst to join our Credit and Fraud Risk team in Bengaluru. In this entry-level role, you will leverage advanced analytics and data science to drive profitable business decisions while minimizing credit and fraud risk. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with top industry leaders to solve complex, real-world problems. Key Responsibilities - Analyze large volumes of financial and transaction data to derive actionable business insights and create innovative solutions. - Develop, review, and execute economic logic and analytical models to support credit and business decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional partners globally to integrate risk management strategies with business objectives. - Monitor industry trends in finance, payments, and risk analytics to continuously improve risk mitigation techniques. Required Qualifications - Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, MBA, or a related quantitative field. - Up to thirty months of experience in data analytics or risk management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex and unstructured data. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional partners. Requirements
