System Analyst - IT

Role Overview Flex is looking for a driven and analytical System Analyst to join its IT team in Chennai. This role sits at the intersection of finance and technology, where you will translate business requirements into effective IT solutions for treasury and finance functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, banking partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of business-critical systems. Key Responsibilities - Provide analysis, design, and subject matter expertise to deliver IT solutions aligned with business needs - Conduct feasibility studies and process design reviews, and develop detailed implementation plans - Prepare specification documentation and application design proposals for finance-specific requirements - Drive user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet defined business criteria - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and liaise with business units to troubleshoot and resolve issues - Lead initiatives in partnership with external banking partners and internal stakeholders including Tax, Legal, AR and AP teams - Adhere to product management and maintenance practices within Finance IT solutions Required Qualifications - Overall work experience of 1 to 3 years in the Treasury or Finance domain, or with finance applications - Prior experience as a key user or consultant for treasury products or solutions - Strong verbal and written communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills - Working knowledge of MS Office tools including MS Excel and MS Word - Ability to collaborate effectively within team environments - Educational background in CA (Inter), ICWA (Inter), or MBA with a specialisation in Finance or FinTech Why Join Us Flex offers a dynamic work environment where your expertise directly contributes to building world-class products and solutions. - 1 to 3 years of experience in Treasury or Finance domain or finance applications - Experience as a key user or consultant for treasury products or solutions - Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills - Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word - Good team player with cross-functional collaboration ability - Educational qualification: CA (Inter), ICWA (Inter), or MBA in Finance or FinTech
