Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is looking for a motivated Application Tech Support Practitioner to serve as the primary bridge between clients and technical systems or applications. This role demands a strong commitment to quality service delivery, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to diagnose and resolve client issues using in-depth product knowledge. You will play a key role in keeping world-class enterprise systems running smoothly while building your career in a global IT environment. Key Responsibilities - Deliver efficient and professional Service Desk Voice Support to clients on a day-to-day basis - Troubleshoot and resolve client-reported issues within defined timelines to maintain high satisfaction levels - Participate actively in problem-solving discussions and contribute practical solutions - Document, track, and follow up on all client issues and their resolutions using ticketing tools - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and service continuity - Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights and feedback from client interactions - Build and retain product and process knowledge to independently handle recurring technical queries Required Qualifications - Graduate degree in any discipline - 0 to 2 years of experience in Service Desk Management or a related technical support role - Proficiency in Service Desk operations including voice-based client support - Familiarity with the ITIL framework for IT service management - Hands-on experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy - Strong troubleshooting ability and a problem-solving mindset - Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills Why Join Us Accenture offers a dynamic and inclusive work culture where freshers and early professionals can grow rapidly with access to global tools, training, and mentorship. Requirements
