Role Overview
Accenture is hiring a Business Interlock Specialist to drive workforce performance, boost business agility, and deliver impactful instructor-led training programs. This role sits within the Talent Development function and plays a key part in connecting learning strategies with measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Banking and Financial Services along with strong facilitation and analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and solve moderately complex problems by creating new solutions and adapting existing methods where necessary
- Deliver and facilitate instructor-led training sessions to individuals and groups, ensuring alignment with organizational learning goals
- Understand and align team activities with the strategic direction set by senior management
- Interact with peers, direct supervisors, and client management levels to ensure seamless collaboration
- Manage small teams or individual contributor work efforts at a client site or within Accenture
- Work across rotational shifts as required by business and client needs
Required Qualifications
- 7 to 11 years of experience in Talent Development with a focus on Instructor-Led Training
- Background in Banking and Financial Services domain
- Proficiency in Training Needs Analysis and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships under pressure
- Strong analytical skills combined with collaboration and interpersonal strengths
- Any graduation or postgraduate qualification is acceptable
