Role Overview
hackajob is partnering with Waters Corporation to hire a Benefits Operations Coordinator for their Global Capability Center (GCC) in Bengaluru. In this hybrid role, you will support the Global Total Rewards Benefits Center of Excellence (COE) and help establish the foundation for migrating services into the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) model. You will manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee inquiries, lifecycle processing, and vendor invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding eligibility, enrollment, claims, leaves, and retirement
- Triage and resolve complex cases, including claims advocacy and payroll or benefit corrections
- Maintain and update benefits education materials, scripts, and internal knowledge base articles
- Execute routine transactions, including onboarding new hires, processing life events, and terminations within the HRIS/HCM platform
- Oversee vendor invoicing processes, coordinate cost center allocations, and perform monthly financial reconciliations
- Liaise with insurance carriers and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to resolve employee-specific data issues
- Support global benefits initiatives, well-being programs, and provide training to the broader HR Service Delivery team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Total Rewards or Benefits administration
- Experience working in an international Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services environment
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS platforms
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive employee advocacy cases

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or total rewards, preferably in a Shared Services or GBS team
- Strong expertise with HRIS systems and advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in-office: Tuesday-Thursday)
