Senior Sales Recruiter

Role Overview Sugar.fit is looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for our sales and business development teams. Based in Bangalore, you will partner directly with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and source top-tier talent. - 3 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience with strong sales hiring focus - Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job boards - Experience in passive candidate sourcing and market intelligence mapping - Strong stakeholder management and applicant screening skills - Experience negotiating compensation packages and managing onboarding - Strong organizational skills and data-driven recruitment tracking
