Senior Manager, Talent Sourcing

Role Overview Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Sourcing to join our Schneider Digital hiring team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative talent sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract top-tier technology and non-technical professionals. You will play a key role in building high-quality talent pipelines that support our global growth and commitment to sustainability. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define hiring requirements and design effective sourcing strategies - Utilize online databases, social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks to identify and engage qualified candidates - Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for future hiring needs, focusing on technology, non-technical, and supply chain roles - Keep track of key sourcing metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to leadership on sourcing activities and market insights - Promote Schneider Electric's employer brand by attending job fairs, industry events, and professional networking sessions Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar sourcing leadership role within a large matrix MNC - Strong familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, X-Ray search, AI-based sourcing tools, CRM, and LinkedIn Recruiter - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - High proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent databases with a strong attention to detail Why Join Us At Schneider Electric, you will become an Impact Maker, working in a caring and inclusive environment that values diversity and sustainability. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline - 5+ years of talent sourcing experience, preferably in a large global MNC or matrix organization - Deep expertise in sourcing technologies including LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, Boolean strings, and AI sourcing tools - Strong understanding of technology, supply chain, and non-tech job profiles and terminology - Excellent candidate engagement, communication, and relationship-building skills - Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively - Proficient in data-gathering, reporting, and managing applicant tracking systems
