Role Overview
Millennium is seeking a Compensation Operations Senior Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will support global compensation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payment operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams like Trading, Finance, and Legal to manage compensation data and deferred compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update one-time payment data records in the Payment Management Center and Deferred Compensation systems
- Perform comprehensive data audits by reviewing employment agreements to verify payment details
- Manage the Payment Operations mailbox, responding to and resolving global queries in a timely manner
- Track payment changes and coordinate scheduled payouts with Payroll teams and HR Business Partners in Workday
- Validate proof of forfeiture from employees and calculate replacement compensation valuations
- Administer replacement and year-end deferred compensation grants, tracking records in iTrack
- Support currency election updates and election processes in compliance with firm policies
- Assist with HR transformation projects and maintain up-to-date process documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related analytical field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Global Compensation Operations, Payroll, or HR/Financial Services
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, particularly Workday and ServiceNow
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including v-lookups, conditional statements, and data auditing
- High level of discretion and judgment when managing sensitive, confidential compensation data
- Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related analytical field
- 4-5 years of experience in Global Compensation Operations or Payroll services
- Technical hands-on experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, formulas)
- Proven experience auditing employment contracts and handling sensitive financial/HR records
- Strong English communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
