Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is hiring Customer Contact Communications Associates for its Ireland Telecom inbound voice process in Mumbai. This is a full-time, work-from-office role suited for candidates with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in an international BPO environment. You will serve as a primary point of contact for business customers in Ireland, helping resolve queries and contributing to revenue growth through smart customer engagement. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound calls from business customers across billing, account management, and service-related queries - Resolve payment and account issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards - Provide product knowledge and technical assistance including broadband and handset troubleshooting - Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support commercial targets - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for every customer interaction - Deliver a consistently high-quality service experience in line with Accenture and client standards Required Qualifications - Any graduate or HSC passed candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience are eligible - Freshers with a graduation degree may also apply - 1 to 4 years of experience in an international BPO or voice process is preferred - Excellent verbal communication skills in English - Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset - Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment including rotational week offs - Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced, target-driven setting Why Join Us Accenture offers a supportive work culture with two-way cab facility within the Accenture transportation boundary, making your daily commute hassle-free. Requirements

- 1 to 4 years of experience in international BPO or voice process preferred - Any graduate or HSC passed with minimum 1 year experience - Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills - Experience handling inbound customer calls and resolving service queries - Knowledge of billing, account management, and basic technical troubleshooting - Sales mindset with awareness of upselling and cross-selling techniques - Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts with rotational week offs - Comfortable with work-from-office setup in Airoli or Vikhroli, Mumbai
