Customer Support Associate - Ireland Telecom Voice Process

Role Overview Accenture is hiring Customer Contact Communications Associates for its Ireland Telecom inbound voice process in Mumbai. This is a full-time, work-from-office role suited for candidates with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in an international BPO environment. You will serve as a primary point of contact for business customers in Ireland, helping resolve queries and contributing to revenue growth through smart customer engagement.
