Order To Cash Operations New Associate

Role Overview Accenture is hiring an Order To Cash Operations New Associate to join its Finance Operations vertical in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Order to Cash process, from customer order receipt through to payment collection, helping the organisation maintain healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for BCom or MCom graduates with up to two years of experience to build a solid career in finance operations within a globally recognised IT services firm. Key Responsibilities - Manage and execute the Order to Cash collections and disputes process, including debt collection, dunning, and bad debt provisioning - Maintain accounts receivable subledger and support month-end close activities - Perform cash reconciliations and follow up on missing remittances with accuracy - Prepare refund packages and supply them to clients in a timely manner - Monitor and report on aged debt, overdue invoices, and overall AR portfolio health - Record all collections activities consistently within the designated client process tool - Provide resolutions and assistance through both email and voice channels - Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to achieving key performance targets - Ensure full compliance with internal controls, standards, and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related finance or business discipline; MCom is an added advantage - Zero to two years of experience in B2B collections or a comparable finance operations role - Working knowledge of accounting ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is preferred - Familiarity with Order to Cash functions including billing, cash application, credit management, and reconciliations - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Analytical mindset with the ability to handle data tasks of medium to high complexity - Ability to quickly identify issues and risks and recommend practical solutions - Prior experience in a Shared Services Centre or BPO environment is an advantage Why Join Us Accenture offers a dynamic work environment where you can accelerate your career in finance operations with exposure to global processes and industry-leading tools.
