Order To Cash Operations Associate

Role Overview Accenture is hiring an Order to Cash Operations Associate to join its Finance and Accounting practice in Jaipur. This role is ideal for finance professionals with hands-on experience in end-to-end O2C processes who thrive in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment. You will be part of a global operations team supporting clients across industries, leveraging your expertise in billing, accounts receivable, cash applications, and reconciliations. Key Responsibilities - Execute end-to-end Order to Cash transactions in accordance with documented SOPs and client-specific requirements - Create and process accurate customer invoices based on contract terms, pricing structures, and applicable SLAs - Perform billing validations to verify quantities, rates, taxes, and customer details, and resolve discrepancies with upstream teams - Maintain customer accounts and handle AR postings including invoices, credit and debit notes, and adjustments - Monitor aging reports, open items, and account balances to improve cash flow and AR hygiene - Apply customer payments accurately using remittance advice and bank statements across lockbox, wire transfer, ACH, and electronic platforms - Investigate and resolve unapplied, unidentified, short, and overpayments within agreed timelines - Perform bank, cash, and AR reconciliations with minimal supervision and support month-end close activities - Handle routine issues independently and escalate complex exceptions to the appropriate teams Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree with a specialisation in Finance or a related field - 1 to 3 years of experience in Order to Cash or related finance operations - Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems - Proficiency in MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, and aging analysis - Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and effective communication skills - Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts from the office Why Join Us Accenture offers a dynamic work environment where you can build deep functional expertise across global finance operations while working alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.
