Job Description

Role Overview Saint-Gobain Group in India is looking for a driven and experienced Marketing Executive to lead trade processing initiatives across its channel partner ecosystem. This role is central to building stronger processor and SGA partner relationships through structured activations, co-branding efforts, and program-level engagement. You will work at the intersection of trade marketing and partner development to drive measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Lead and execute monthly channel activations for Processor and SGA partners in line with trade marketing priorities - Drive visibility campaigns and co-branding initiatives while ensuring strict adherence to SGA merchandising guidelines - Communicate and activate the Service+ and Value+ propositions to enhance processor engagement and competitive differentiation - Support the rollout of SGA program benefits across its four core pillars: Co Branding, Expertise, Business Development, and Rewards - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated communication strategies and partner-level engagement - Monitor and track adoption metrics, activation effectiveness, and processor performance insights to inform future strategy Required Qualifications - Proven experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or partner engagement roles - Strong understanding of channel ecosystems, co-branding, and merchandising standards - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple activations simultaneously - Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and reporting insights - Prior experience in building materials, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors is an advantage Why Join Us Saint-Gobain is a globally renowned leader in sustainable construction and high-performance materials, offering a dynamic environment where your marketing expertise directly shapes partner growth and brand impact. Requirements

- Trade or channel marketing experience - Knowledge of co-branding and merchandising practices - Experience managing partner or processor engagement programs - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills - Proficiency in tracking activation and performance metrics - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Background in manufacturing, building materials, or FMCG preferred
