Junior Executive - Program Management

We are looking for a motivated Junior Executive in Program Management to join our Global Business Services team in Chennai, supporting Program Managers through a virtual customer focus team model. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and follow up on program management reports across the offshore GBS centre and Site Customer Focus Teams - Oversee and manage program activities in collaboration with all inter-departments to ensure timely completion of all committed deliverables - Handle highly confidential and critical business data with accuracy and discretion - Track relevant program metrics and drive action items based on results within the GBS and Site Customer Focus Team - Lead and ensure timely, accurate delivery of program management services - Maintain thorough documentation at various stages of the program lifecycle - Support new product introduction and new product development activities across different phases of the product life cycle - Use ERP tools such as Baan or SAP for program management functions - Demonstrate strong customer management and cross-functional coordination skills Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or an equivalent discipline - 0 to 3 years of experience in the Program Management domain - Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry in a program management role - Sound understanding of Program Management concepts including NPI and NPD - Basic knowledge of financial terms and INCO terms and their impact on business P&L - Hands-on experience with ERP tools such as Baan or SAP - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of MS Project is an added advantage - Basic understanding of office automation or Excel-based automation is a plus Why Join Us At Flex, we believe in investing in our people through a respectful, collaborative, and inclusive work environment where every individual has the opportunity to grow and make a meaningful difference. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent - 0 to 3 years of experience in Program Management domain - Preferably 1 to 3 years in manufacturing industry in PM role - Strong understanding of Program Management concepts, NPI and NPD - Basic knowledge of financial and INCO terms and their P&L impact - Hands-on experience with ERP tools such as Baan or SAP - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint - Knowledge of MS Project is an added advantage - Basic understanding of office or Excel-based automation is a plus - Excellent communication, coordination, and customer management skills
