Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager in Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team. This is a full-time permanent position where you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and building talent pipelines for our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and acquire top talent while ensuring compliance with recruitment policies. Key Responsibilities - Lead recruitment initiatives including headhunting, sourcing, and screening of candidates across various levels and departments - Manage full-cycle hiring processes from job requisition to candidate onboarding - Conduct technical and behavioral interviews for both lateral and campus hiring programs - Build and maintain talent pools through effective sourcing strategies and networking - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop customized recruitment plans - Utilize recruitment tools and analytics platforms to optimize hiring outcomes - Ensure compliance with HR policies while maintaining recruitment efficiency and quality standards Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline or Master's degree in any field - 5-10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment - Strong expertise in headhunting, sourcing, screening, and hiring processes Why Join Us Deloitte offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to work on strategic recruitment initiatives across India. Requirements

- 5-10 years of talent acquisition and recruitment experience - Head hunting and executive search expertise - Leadership hiring and lateral hiring experience - Technical and IT recruitment background - Campus hiring and bulk hiring management - Staffing and volume hiring knowledge - Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills - BPO and corporate recruitment experience - Proficiency with recruitment platforms and analytics tools - Any Bachelor's degree or Master's degree qualification
