Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager in Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team. This is a full-time permanent position where you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and building talent pipelines for our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and acquire top talent while ensuring compliance with recruitment policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment initiatives including headhunting, sourcing, and screening of candidates across various levels and departments
- Manage full-cycle hiring processes from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews for both lateral and campus hiring programs
- Build and maintain talent pools through effective sourcing strategies and networking
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop customized recruitment plans
- Utilize recruitment tools and analytics platforms to optimize hiring outcomes
- Ensure compliance with HR policies while maintaining recruitment efficiency and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or Master's degree in any field
- 5-10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
- Strong expertise in headhunting, sourcing, screening, and hiring processes

- Campus hiring and bulk hiring management
- Staffing and volume hiring knowledge
- Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills
- BPO and corporate recruitment experience
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms and analytics tools
- Any Bachelor's degree or Master's degree qualification
