Salesforce Business Analyst - Life Sciences

Role Overview Deloitte US-India Offices is looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a background in Life Sciences to join its growing consulting practice. You will work closely with onshore and offshore teams to gather business requirements, design Salesforce solutions, and deliver end-to-end implementations. This is a full-time permanent role based across Hyderabad and Bengaluru with hybrid working arrangements. Key Responsibilities - Analyze business requirements to identify functional gaps and translate them into clear, structured user stories - Lead and support Salesforce implementation projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud - Work on Salesforce Industries Solutions including Healthcare, Government, Manufacturing, and Financial Services verticals - Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams by writing detailed functional user stories and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle - Apply Agile project methodologies to manage full lifecycle Salesforce implementations - Build and contribute to RFP and RFI documentation for Salesforce implementation opportunities and pre-sales collateral - Conduct functional testing of Salesforce implementations using various testing methodologies - Prepare and present project documentation using MS Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project Plan Required Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of consulting or industry experience with at least 1 year specifically as a Salesforce Business Analyst - Postgraduate qualification with MBA and B.E. or B.Tech. degree - Strong Salesforce administration skills with hands-on implementation experience - Proficiency in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional specification writing - Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and team interactions - Experience with integration, configuration, and customization of Salesforce platforms is preferred Why Join Us Deloitte offers a dynamic consulting environment where you will work on high-impact projects across Life Sciences and Healthcare domains alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry. - Minimum 3 years of consulting or industry experience - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst - MBA with B.E. or B.Tech. educational background - Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, Marketing, or Experience Cloud - Experience with Salesforce Industries Solutions including Healthcare or Life Sciences verticals - Strong skills in business requirement analysis and functional user story writing - Familiarity with Agile project methodologies for full lifecycle implementations - Experience building RFP and RFI documents and pre-sales collateral - Proficiency in functional testing of Salesforce implementations - Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project Plan - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills - Preferred: Experience with Salesforce integration, configuration, and customisation
