Credit and Cash Analyst

Role Overview The Credit and Cash Analyst is responsible for managing the complete Order to Cash cycle including order management, billing, accounts receivable, collections, and cash application. This role ensures accurate order processing, timely billing, effective credit control, and on-time payment collection to maintain healthy cash flow and support business operations. Key Responsibilities - Process sales orders accurately in enterprise resource planning systems and validate order details including pricing, discounts, tax codes, and credit limits - Generate customer invoices based on shipments, deliveries, and contractual milestones while ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements - Follow up with customers for pending and overdue payments, send reminders, reconcile payment issues, and monitor aging analysis to reduce days sales outstanding - Apply customer payments from various channels including bank transfers, cheques, and lockbox services while investigating unidentified or short payments - Support credit checks and credit limit reviews, release blocked orders after validation, and identify high-risk accounts for escalation - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounts receivable aging, collections, and cash reports while maintaining compliance with internal controls and audit-ready documentation Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field - 5 years of demonstrated experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections processes Why Join Us Join Deloitte, a global leader in management consulting, where you will work on diverse projects supporting multinational clients.
