Talent Acquisition Specialist - Non-IT Lateral Hiring

Role Overview Hexaware Technologies is looking for a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its growing HR team at Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity focused exclusively on lateral hiring for Non-IT roles. Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete end-to-end lateral hiring lifecycle for Non-IT positions, from sourcing and screening through to onboarding. - Source qualified candidates using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed, as well as social media platforms, internal databases, and employee referrals. - Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate all interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates. - Lead and support bulk hiring initiatives including walk-in drives, volume hiring campaigns, and recruitment pipelines. - Handle offer management, salary negotiations, documentation collection, and pre-joining candidate engagement. - Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, maintain transparent stakeholder communication, and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Required Qualifications - Minimum 2.5 to 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment with a focus on lateral hiring. - Strong verbal and written communication skills along with proven stakeholder management ability. - Demonstrated comfort with high-volume hiring environments and meeting defined targets and SLAs. - Proficiency with sourcing tools and job portals including Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed, along with working knowledge of MS Excel. - Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
