Job Description
Role Overview
Hexaware Technologies is hiring International Customer Service Representatives for the Conectar Voice Healthcare process based at Loma IT Park, Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity with 15 open positions and an immediate batch starting 27th November 2025. The role involves handling inbound and outbound healthcare voice interactions for international clients across a 24x7 shift window.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international healthcare voice process interactions with professionalism and accuracy
- Deliver high-quality customer support while meeting performance benchmarks and quality standards
- Manage customer queries, concerns, and escalations related to healthcare processes
- Adhere to a 5-day working schedule with 2 rotational week offs within a 24x7 shift window
- Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions as per process guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of BPO international voice process experience preferred for experienced candidates
- All relevant experience documents mandatory for experienced applicants
- Freshers with HSC or graduation qualification are eligible to apply
- Strong communication skills in English with the ability to handle international customers
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
- Pre-onboarding background verification is mandatory for this process
