Job Description

Role Overview IBM Consulting is looking for an experienced HR Onboarding professional to join its BPO division as a Deputy Manager - Onboarding. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new joiners across international IT and ITES operations. You will work at the intersection of people, process, and technology, leveraging agile methodologies and AI-powered workflows to drive digital transformation in HR operations. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees and hiring managers from the time of offer acceptance through the completion of onboarding - Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of all provisioning requirements before each new hire's start date - Facilitate onboarding sessions, including welcoming new joiners, guiding them through paperwork, and introducing them to IBM's business structure, strategy, and culture - Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee data into HR systems at every stage of the onboarding process - Maintain compliance with local government and regulatory requirements - Proactively identify potential issues in the onboarding workflow and reprioritize tasks to meet the changing needs of internal and external stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve onboarding processes and drive operational efficiencies Required Qualifications - Graduate or Postgraduate degree; MBA in HR is preferred - Minimum 8 years of experience in HR onboarding within an international IT or ITES organization - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word - Demonstrated ability to resolve complex customer service issues and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels - High numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail - Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and contribute effectively to change management initiatives - Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork Why Join Us At IBM Consulting, your career is supported by world-class mentors, a culture of continuous learning, and access to cutting-edge technology platforms including IBM Software and Red Hat. Requirements

- Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA HR preferred) - 8 to 10 years of experience in HR onboarding for international IT or ITES companies - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English - Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word - Ability to manage end-to-end onboarding processes independently - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Experience with change management initiatives - High attention to detail and numeracy skills - Ability to work under tight deadlines and reprioritize effectively - Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with agile methodologies and process improvement frameworks
