Human Resources Business Partner

Role Overview Dnata Travel Group is looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join its HR team in Bengaluru. This role works under the guidance of the HR Manager and is responsible for managing a wide range of HR operations, from policy implementation to employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will act as a dependable point of contact for HR functions while supervising a team of HR Specialists, Coordinators, and Associates. Key Responsibilities - Guide, monitor, and track the performance of HR staff through monthly coaching and scoring sessions - Assist the HR Manager in developing and rolling out new company policies in alignment with the Labour Code - Manage employee case files, issue notices to explain, facilitate administrative hearings, and release notices of decisions - Conduct HR orientations for newly onboarded employees and support smooth integration - Serve as a backup administrator for HRIS, including system maintenance, screen creation, and workflow management - Act as a liaison between employees and management in a professional and courteous manner - Oversee offboarding processes and generate monthly leavers reports - Lead governmental compliance audits and ensure all HR practices meet regulatory standards - Screen and certify employee benefit claims before forwarding for management approval - Plan and implement training programmes to support the career development of HR personnel - Process, track, and monitor AWOL cases and initiate contract adjustments as needed - Provide HR reports for payroll processing and handle visa application, cancellation, or renewal procedures Required Qualifications - University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline - Minimum of five years of experience in an HR environment - Prior experience managing or supervising a team of HR professionals - Exposure to an HR Business Partnership setup is an added advantage - Strong knowledge of relevant labour legislation, HR policies, and regulatory frameworks - Proficiency in HR information systems and strong computer literacy - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels - Ability to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision Why Join Us Dnata Travel Group offers a dynamic work environment where HR professionals can make a meaningful impact across the organisation.
