Supply Chain Planning Consultant

As a Supply Chain Planning Consultant within the Analytics organisation, you will play a pivotal role in driving large-scale supply chain transformation and enterprise digital programs across geographies and business functions. This is a mid-senior level, full-time opportunity based in Chennai for professionals with a strong background in supply chain consulting, analytics, or program management. Key Responsibilities - Lead and support large-scale supply chain transformation programs across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and geographies - Drive end-to-end program and project management for complex initiatives covering planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment - Manage cross-functional collaboration between business units, IT teams, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and adoption - Support supply chain planning processes including demand and supply planning to improve forecast accuracy, product availability, and inventory efficiency - Contribute to enterprise digital transformation programs with hands-on exposure to SAP platforms such as ARIBA, BTP, IBP, and EBW - Lead or contribute to solution design, testing, and deployment of digital planning tools and analytics solutions - Drive change management and user adoption strategies for new systems and ensure smooth rollouts at scale - Utilise project and test management tools such as JIRA and TestRail to track milestones, risks, and deliverables - Develop executive-ready dashboards, reports, and insights to support data-driven decision-making - Ensure program governance, reporting cadence, and KPI tracking for senior leadership visibility Required Qualifications - 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, consulting, or program and project management roles - Academic background in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business Analytics preferred - Strong program and project management experience with large-scale, cross-functional initiatives - Proven ability in stakeholder management and executive-level communication across business and technical teams - Experience working in supply chain, planning, or operations environments - Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise digital transformation programs, SAP preferred - Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Excel, and PowerPoint - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment Why Join Us HP offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment where you can contribute to cutting-edge supply chain and digital transformation programs on a global scale.
