Supply Chain Planning and Analytics Associate

Role Overview Join Accenture's Supply Chain Planning Team as a Supply Chain Planning and Analytics Associate. You will manage end-to-end supply planning and execution, helping clients realize significant value through improved visibility, quality, delivery, and sales performance. This role involves assessing, designing, building, and implementing best practices in supply planning capabilities including inventory planning, materials requirements planning, and distribution requirements planning. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain Master Supply Plans that align with demand forecasts and production capacity while identifying and resolving potential gaps and risks - Manage inventory levels across the supply chain to optimize for both availability and cost-effectiveness while meeting target inventory days of supply - Collaborate with Demand Planning, Brand Management, Sales, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of supply plans - Utilize scenario planning to address potential issues and optimize supply chain performance in response to changing market conditions - Track key performance indicators such as fill rates, inventory levels, and cost metrics while implementing corrective actions - Maintain accurate master and transactional data within planning systems and contribute to developing planning strategies Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - One to three years of experience in supply chain planning operations - Proficiency in supply chain planning systems such as o9 - Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices - Strong quantitative and analytical skills with Power BI proficiency - Advanced Excel skills and capability with data analysis Why Join Us Accenture offers opportunities to work on impactful projects that help clients achieve significant business value.
