Order to Cash Operations Senior Analyst

Role Overview We are seeking an Order to Cash Operations Senior Analyst to lead and execute O2C processes independently. This role requires expertise in billing, accounts receivable, cash applications, and reconciliations with strong process knowledge and adherence to controls. You will manage end-to-end O2C transactions while ensuring timely delivery against SLAs and effective coordination with internal stakeholders and clients. Key Responsibilities - Execute end-to-end O2C transactions including billing, AR postings, cash applications, and reconciliations as per documented SOPs and client requirements - Act as subject matter expert for the team, handling complex team and client queries with strong understanding of SLAs and KPIs - Create and process accurate customer invoices per contract terms, validate billing data, and resolve discrepancies in coordination with upstream teams - Maintain customer accounts, monitor aging reports and open items, support cash flow improvement initiatives, and resolve aged receivables - Apply customer payments accurately using remittance advice and bank statements, process payments through multiple channels, and analyze payment discrepancies Required Qualifications - Bachelor degree with Finance specialization or any related graduation - Five to eight years of experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Cash Applications, and Reconciliations - Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems and proficiency in MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and aging analysis - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with limited supervision Why Join Us Join Accenture, a leading global IT services and consulting firm where you can develop expertise in critical financial operations.
