Senior Executive - Supply Chain Finance

Role Overview Sweet Karam Coffee India Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Finance professional to take full ownership of the financial operations spanning logistics, warehousing, and inventory management. This is a mid-senior role that demands strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a sharp compliance orientation. You will play a critical part in driving cost efficiency and minimising financial risk across the supply chain function. Key Responsibilities - Reconcile logistics payments at the shipment and AWB level and verify all associated charges - Ensure timely collection of Proof of Delivery documents and follow up on pending or missing PODs - Conduct regular inventory checks and resolve stock discrepancies in coordination with warehouse teams - Support inventory audits alongside warehouse staff and external auditors - Track and reconcile all return categories including RTO, customer returns, and expiry-related returns - Manage claims for lost or damaged shipments and coordinate insurance follow-ups - Ensure adequate insurance coverage is maintained across transit, marine, and warehouse categories and monitor renewal timelines - Identify cost leakages within supply chain processes and collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements - Prepare and maintain MIS reports covering freight costs, returns, shrinkage, and claims data Required Qualifications - Bachelor or Master degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting; CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred - 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in supply chain finance, logistics finance, or warehouse finance - Solid understanding of logistics operations, 3PL partnerships, warehouse management, and freight cost structures - Demonstrated experience in inventory reconciliation and variance analysis - Working knowledge of insurance products including transit, marine, and warehouse coverage - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel with familiarity in ERP platforms such as Tally, Zoho, or SAP - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities Why Join Us Sweet Karam Coffee is a fast-growing Indian brand where you will get the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on supply chain efficiency and financial governance.
