Application Lead - Oracle Cloud Financials Manager

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Manager to lead our finance technology initiatives and drive digital transformation. This role offers the opportunity to design, build, and optimize Oracle Fusion Financials modules while managing cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for finance leadership, IT teams, and external partners, delivering strategic solutions that enhance operational excellence. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management - Define and execute the roadmap for Oracle Cloud Financials adoption and optimization across the organization - Manage and mentor a team of consultants and analysts, providing guidance, performance oversight, and career development - Collaborate with finance executives, auditors, and IT leadership to ensure compliance with corporate governance and SOX requirements - Identify and implement opportunities to streamline financial workflows, enhance reporting capabilities, and improve financial controls - Coordinate with Oracle and third-party vendors for system upgrades, patches, support, and maintenance Required Qualifications - Minimum 12 years of professional experience with at least 10 years in Oracle Financials and Oracle Cloud implementations - 15 years of full-time formal education - Proven leadership experience managing teams and overseeing large-scale ERP projects - Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and compliance frameworks - Expertise in project management with ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams - Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, PMP, or Oracle Cloud certifications preferred Why Join Us Join Accenture and work on transformative finance technology projects that impact global organizations.
