Senior Analyst - Global Payroll

Role Overview WPP is a global leader in marketing communications, partnering with the world's most valuable brands across 100+ markets. As a Senior Analyst in the Global Payroll Team, you will play a key role in supporting the company's People strategy by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for assigned employee populations across multiple geographies. This role sits within a dynamic shared services environment where precision, compliance, and service excellence are at the core of everyday operations. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned countries, ensuring adherence to local legislation and internal deadlines - Validate payroll inputs including timesheets, bonuses, deductions, new hire additions, and exit settlements - Execute assigned payroll cycles from gross-to-net and perform detailed reconciliations and roll-forward variance analysis - Resolve employee payroll queries within agreed SLA timelines and handle inbound tickets from employees and managers - Process statutory payments, travel reimbursements, employee loans, and other applicable schemes - Support statutory filings, audit requests, and ensure data integrity across all payroll systems - Collaborate with payroll vendors and internal HR, Finance, and technology teams to ensure accurate data flow and timely issue resolution - Monitor and track payroll requests, benefits updates, and data changes, escalating complex issues as required Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; experience in an SSC or multinational environment preferred - 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in payroll data processing or shared services ticket management, ideally within a multinational or global environment - Strong working knowledge of regional payroll legislation and statutory compliance requirements - Proficiency in payroll platforms such as ADP Enterprise EV6, ADP WorkforceNow, or SD Worx is mandatory - Experience with HCM and service management tools such as Workday and ServiceNow is an added advantage - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including data validation, reconciliation, and reporting - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Why Join Us At WPP, you will be part of a globally renowned organisation that champions creativity, inclusivity, and continuous professional growth.
