Senior Analyst - Global Payroll

As a Senior Analyst within the Global Payroll Team, you will play a key role in supporting the company's People strategy by ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing across assigned regions. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned countries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to local legislation - Validate payroll inputs including timesheets, bonuses, deductions, new joiners, and exits, and execute gross-to-net payroll cycles - Perform payroll reconciliations and roll-forward variance analysis to maintain data integrity - Handle employee payroll queries and inbound service tickets within defined SLA timeframes - Process travel reimbursements, statutory payments, employee loans, and other applicable compensation schemes - Support statutory filings, audit requirements, and compliance activities in a regulated environment - Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely data processing and issue resolution - Maintain confidentiality of payroll records and uphold data accuracy across all payroll systems Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; SSC or multinational experience preferred - 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in payroll data processing or ticket management within a multinational or shared services setup - Proficiency in payroll platforms such as ADP EV6, ADP WorkforceNow, or SD Worx is required - Familiarity with HCM and service management tools such as Workday and ServiceNow is preferred - Strong Microsoft Excel skills with experience in payroll reporting and reconciliations - Solid understanding of regional payroll legislation, statutory requirements, and compliance standards - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Experience with service request ticketing systems is an added advantage Why Join Us At WPP, you will be part of a globally connected team that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning, with access to projects and clients at a scale few organisations can match.
