Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce Billing configurations. - Design, configure, and test Salesforce Billing solutions, including invoice generation, payment gateways, and revenue recognition. - Provide functional guidance and support to client teams during system implementation and post-go-live phases. - Troubleshoot billing configuration issues and optimize workflows to enhance system performance. - Document functional specifications, system architecture, and user guides for client reference. Required Qualifications - 5 to 8 years of professional experience as a Functional Consultant. - Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Billing configuration and customization. - Strong understanding of billing cycles, invoicing, tax integration, and revenue lifecycle management. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and propose efficient digital solutions. - 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce Billing and functional consulting. - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform configurations, objects, and relationships. - Solid understanding of finance and billing processes, including accounts receivable and revenue recognition. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
