Technical Lead L1 - Fullstack MEAN

Role Overview Wipro is looking for an experienced Technical Lead L1 to join its growing engineering and IT division in Bengaluru. The primary purpose of this role is to support seamless process delivery by overseeing daily operations of Production Specialists, handling technical escalations, and building technical capabilities within the team. This is a full-time opportunity suited for professionals with strong Fullstack MEAN expertise and a passion for driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities - Review daily transactions and performance dashboards to monitor team output against defined SLAs - Provide technical guidance and process support to Production Specialists to help them improve performance metrics - Record, track, and document all queries, troubleshooting steps, and resolution outcomes - Diagnose and resolve technical escalations in a professional, user-friendly manner while adhering to SLA and quality standards - Escalate unresolved issues to Technical Analysts and Senior Engineers in a timely manner - Analyze call logs and identify recurring trends to proactively prevent future issues - Ensure full compliance with service agreements and monitor adherence to standard procedures - Conduct skill gap assessments and plan targeted triage training sessions for Production Specialists - Keep product knowledge current by enrolling in relevant product and technical training programs - Document common problems and recommend effective resolutions to improve team performance Required Qualifications - 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Fullstack MEAN development - Strong understanding of client query resolution processes and SLA management - Proven experience in mentoring and guiding technical teams - Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience conducting technical training sessions and triages - Familiarity with performance tracking dashboards and reporting tools Why Join Us Wipro is an end-to-end digital transformation partner committed to bold ambitions and continuous reinvention.
