Sales Operations Senior Specialist

Role Overview NTT DATA is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Senior Specialist to join its Bangalore team. This role is central to supporting the global advisor relations function by managing data collection, program coordination, reporting, and knowledge base maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT services and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities - Keep ISG Research teams updated with the latest case studies, service offerings, and catalog information to accurately represent NTT DATA in analyst and advisor interactions - Facilitate and manage submissions for all relevant ISG awards and recognition programs such as the Star of Excellence and Paragon Awards - Provide backend support for internal data collection, study-related RFI submissions, and preparation of briefing content for the advisor relations team - Maintain accurate internal records for all research study submissions and deliver regular progress and status reports - Support the upkeep and expansion of the knowledge base used by the advisor relations team and ensure the information center remains current Required Qualifications - Demonstrated experience in responding to queries from analysts and advisors - Ability to absorb and articulate NTT DATAs services and offerings to educate and influence analysts and potential clients - Prior experience navigating multiple internal portals and using internal resources to address enquiries - Prior background in strategy or IT sourcing advisory or analyst firms, or experience as an influencer relationship manager in a global IT services company is highly preferred - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for senior leadership - Self-directed and independent with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Good problem-solving, analytical, and organisational capabilities - Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree is an added advantage - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and MS Outlook Why Join Us NTT DATA is a globally recognised technology and business services leader working with 75 percent of the Fortune Global 100, offering employees the opportunity to grow within an inclusive, innovation-driven organisation.
