Banking Operations Senior Representative

Role Overview NTT DATA North America is looking for a Banking Operations Senior Representative to join its financial operations team in Chennai. This role focuses on KYC and Customer Due Diligence processes, requiring a sharp eye for detail and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with the utmost confidentiality. Key Responsibilities - Perform unwrapping of shareholder details and entity structures involved in client companies - Conduct investigations, gather data, compile documentation and evidence, and maintain detailed and accurate records throughout the process - Ensure accurate and timely completion of client reporting and transaction processing to meet or exceed agreed SLAs - Identify and resolve routine and non-routine operational problems or escalate appropriately to the Team Leader or Line Manager - Use established tools and procedures for fact-finding, information gathering, data verification, and compilation - Recognize gaps in available information and flag issues to management while monitoring resolution progress - Maintain strict confidentiality when handling all client and company information Required Qualifications - Up to 18 months of relevant experience in banking operations or a related field - Basic understanding of KYC and CDD compliance frameworks - Ability to comprehend moderately complex financial transactions and interpret source documents accurately - Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively - Proficiency in data entry and word processing with working knowledge of MS Office applications - Comfortable navigating web-based applications and digital platforms Why Join Us NTT DATA North America offers a professional and compliance-driven work environment where your analytical skills and attention to detail will be valued and developed.
