Process and Communication Training Specialist

Role Overview NTT DATA Services, a top 10 global services firm and part of the NTT Group, is looking for an experienced Process and Communication Training Specialist to join their Business Process Outsourcing centre in Chennai. This is a full-time, mid-senior level opportunity for a training professional with a strong background in international banking domain processes. You will play a key role in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that drive operational excellence and business transformation. Key Responsibilities - Conduct new hire onboarding training, process training, refresher sessions, and compliance training programs - Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop comprehensive training plans and schedules - Create and manage training content including Standard Operating Procedures and training materials aligned to NTT standards - Measure training effectiveness by evaluating feedback, performance during training, and on-the-job outcomes - Prepare and present training dashboards and progress reports to management - Manage domain, process, compliance, and refresher training programs end to end - Deliver presentations to internal leadership teams and external clients Required Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in BPO with a focus on international banking domain and process training - At least 2 years of hands-on knowledge in banking processes such as KYC, AML, Customer Due Diligence, onboarding, periodic review, transaction monitoring, and financial crimes - Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting new hire, refresher, and compliance training in a BPO environment - Strong verbal and written English communication skills with good grammatical accuracy - Experience in client and customer interactions as well as stakeholder presentations - Experience in transitioning banking processes from onshore to offshore is an added advantage - UK banking domain knowledge is an added advantage Why Join Us NTT DATA Services operates with over 60,000 professionals across 36 countries, offering a globally connected work environment where your expertise truly makes an impact. - 5+ years of experience in BPO international banking domain and process training - 2+ years of experience in banking processes including KYC, AML, and financial crimes - 2+ years of experience delivering new hire, refresher, and compliance training in BPO - Strong verbal and written English communication skills - Experience in client and stakeholder presentations - Ability to create training content, SOPs, and training schedules - Experience in offshore-onshore process transition is preferred - UK banking domain knowledge is an added advantage
