Course Coordinator / Admission Counsellor

Role Overview ED WARTENS is a leading industrial automation and technical training institute offering specialised programs in PLC, SCADA, HMI, robotics, and Industry 4.0 technologies. We are seeking a motivated and confident Course Coordinator / Admission Counsellor to join our Bengaluru team at Electronic City. Key Responsibilities - Handle student and parent enquiries and provide detailed information on course offerings including PLC, SCADA, automation, and robotics training - Guide prospective students through the admissions process and follow up via phone, WhatsApp, and email to convert leads into enrolments - Maintain accurate records of enquiries, admissions, payments, and follow-up activity using CRM tools and spreadsheets - Coordinate with trainers and management to schedule batches, manage attendance, and track student progress - Support the organisation of workshops, demo sessions, seminars, and career guidance events - Act as the primary point of contact for students throughout their training journey and ensure a positive learning experience - Assist in achieving monthly admission targets and participate in outreach campaigns, college visits, and local marketing initiatives - Build strong relationships with students, educational institutions, and the local community to promote ED WARTENS programs Required Qualifications - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is an added advantage - Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Basic computer skills including MS Office, Google Sheets, and email management - Genuine interest in technical subjects such as automation, PLC, SCADA, and industrial training - Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply - Prior experience in admission counselling, telecalling, education sales, or student support will be preferred - Candidates residing in or around Electronic City, Bommasandra, HSR Layout, BTM Layout, Koramangala, or Hosur Road will be given preference Why Join Us Join ED WARTENS and gain hands-on exposure to the industrial automation training sector while building a strong career in education and counselling. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident speaker comfortable engaging with students, parents, and professionals - Basic computer knowledge including MS Office, Google Sheets, and email - Familiarity with WhatsApp, phone communication, and social media for follow-ups - Interest in technical training subjects such as PLC, SCADA, automation, and robotics - Target-oriented and organised with the ability to work independently - Proficiency in English; knowledge of Kannada and Hindi is a plus - Prior experience in counselling, telecalling, or education sales preferred
