Job Description

Role Overview Best NanoTech is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow business development activities within the Electronics Manufacturing Services segment. This is a full-time, pan-India role based out of Chennai with coverage extending to Bangalore, Delhi, and other regions across the country. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B technical sales within the electronics or manufacturing domain and will be responsible for expanding the company portfolio while managing key enterprise accounts. Key Responsibilities - Drive sales across the complete EMS portfolio including Automated Test Equipment, line automation and robotics solutions, soldering and rework systems, and manufacturing software such as MES and traceability solutions - Develop and implement national-level sales strategies to ensure effective market penetration across India - Build and manage strong relationships with EMS customers, OEMs, and manufacturing units - Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding product reach within existing accounts - Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to optimize coverage and market performance - Recruit, lead, and develop a regional and national sales team - Monitor pipeline development, track conversion metrics, and report on sales performance regularly - Conduct frequent customer visits for long-term account development and relationship nurturing - Provide actionable market feedback to support product positioning and future roadmap planning Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering - 4 to 7 years of experience in B2B sales within the EMS or electronics manufacturing industry - Demonstrated success in handling complex, consultative solution sales across Indian markets - Experience managing large key accounts and multi-product sales portfolios - Exposure to industrial automation, testing solutions, or manufacturing software is preferred - Strong understanding of manufacturing environments including SMT, PCB, and assembly lines - Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India - Proven team handling and sales team building capabilities Why Join Us Best NanoTech offers a dynamic and growth-oriented environment where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's national market presence in the EMS segment.
